Sushil Rao Chilkuri has been a professional journalist since 1988, with nearly four decades of experience in the media industry. He has worked with several leading newspapers and served at The Times of India, Hyderabad, from May 2000 to January 2026.
He is an AI Generalist, award-winning documentary filmmaker, and published author. He is actively associated with various universities as a Member of the Board of Studies and serves on the Advisory Board of the Media, Entertainment and Entrepreneurship School (MeeSchool), Hyderabad.
Sushil Rao has pursued advanced studies in AI Ethics from the London School of Economics and in Leadership Development from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, UK. He is a Gold Medalist in Journalism from the Department of Communication and Journalism, Osmania University, Hyderabad.
